The client is the USA startup that provides knowledge sharing platform for educational institutes.
Challenge
The client decided to develop a highly customizable installable platform for the universities in order to provide students an easy way to take their courses, watch educational videos, presentations and take quizzes. Main feature of the platform - is its high customization level.
Description
The project was developed in collaboration with Foundevs technology partners from United States and Poland.
The platform consists of 2 main modules:
- Admin module
- End-user view
An admin is able to customize the end user view the way that they want. Admin can create pages with various blocks just like in popular CMSes. Those pages can be filled with the videos / course materials / PDF presentations / quizzes.
There is also a slack-like chat module, where students can chat with each other or with their teachers.
Authorization depends on how university decides: use university LDAP or use platforms default authorization.
