We offer various models for cooperation with our customers, depending on their team setup and needs:

Our main expertise is developing web software on Java/React/Angular stack.
Foundevs has an extensive talent community that includes web developers, mobile developers, architects, project and product managers, analysts, UX/UI designers, and testers. In addition, our vast partner network in Europe and the USA enables us to provide clients with engineer profiles that meet their specific skill requirements.
Foundevs will create a list of potential candidates based on the required technology stack and the criteria for technical, communication, and cultural fit. You can then choose a candidate(s) from the pool, and we will schedule technical and behavioral interviews for you and the candidate(s).
Certainly, we offer post-development support, which can be pre-agreed upon during the contract signing or agreed upon upon completion of the project.
Typically, we can arrange an interview with a candidate within 1 to 5 days. Once you have approved the candidate, we will immediately proceed with signing the contract.
You can hire remote engineers for any length of time that suits your needs, but we recommend that both clients and engineers consider long-term, full-time work arrangements whenever possible.
Sorry, we focus mainly on full time positions.
Foundevs will issue a monthly invoice in advance for all services rendered to eliminate any unforeseen charges. You will receive a single invoice for all of your developers, and you will make the payment to Foundevs. We will handle all of the other necessary procedures.
Foundevs requires all developers to sign a Non Disclosure and Confidentiality agreement, which implies that they have no ownership over any code. As a result, we will transfer the intellectual property to you through a service agreement.
If you are primarily focused on finding the cheapest option available, Foundevs may not be the ideal choice for you. Our objective is to deliver outstanding value to our clients and provide access to world-class engineers. We prioritize the quality of our work and value our engineers' expertise. Therefore, we ensure that our software engineers are appropriately compensated for their exceptional contributions.
