Client is one of the most promising startups in the UK in the field of education.


One of the challenges of internal education in a company is ensuring that the training material is relevant and up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices.

Another challenge is finding the time and resources to train employees while also balancing their daily work responsibilities.

Additionally, measuring the effectiveness and ROI of internal education programs can be difficult, making it challenging to justify the investment in such programs.


The project was developed in collaboration with Foundevs technology partner from Great Britain.

A corporate system that provides tools for facilitating communication between employees has three key functionalities: skill exchange, mentoring, and advice.

The objective of the project is to streamline the educational process within the company. The mentoring system focuses on transferring knowledge and skills between employees, fostering a culture of knowledge transfer.


  • Skill Exchange - a feature that allows employees to share their skills with others in the organization, making it easier for employees to learn new skills from their peers.
  • Mentoring system - a system that facilitates one-on-one mentoring relationships between employees, allowing them to receive guidance and support from experienced colleagues.
  • Advice center - a feature that enables employees to seek advice from experts within the organization on a variety of topics, including career development, work-related challenges, and personal growth.
  • Progress tracking - a tool that allows employees to track their progress in learning new skills and achieving their goals.
  • Learning library - a centralized repository of learning materials, including videos, articles, and other resources that employees can access to support their professional development.
  • Gamification - a feature that uses game-like elements to motivate and engage employees in the learning process.
  • Customized learning paths - a feature that allows employees to create personalized learning paths based on their individual goals and interests.
