Platform for energy monitoring and optimization
Client is Swedish start-up from the energy industry that raised significant investments for development of energy efficiency platform.
With the increasing instability and complexity of energy tariffs for electricity, heat, and cooling, it has become more challenging for real estate owners to achieve optimal energy efficiency at the lowest cost. So the idea of the new platform is to optimize energy consumption in buildings using AI algorithms based on constant monitoring and control of heating, cooling, and ventilation.
The project was developed in collaboration with Foundevs technology partner from Italy.
The system collects data from the sensors inside the building as well as from third party sources (weather data, energy tariffs), and based on the AI algorithm optimizes the building's energy usage. The optimization algorithm includes big number of parameters and HVAC system optimizations happen every few minutes. The system continuously monitors its performance, displaying all data on the dashboards, so that users can analyze and make changes if needed.
