Project was developed by Foundevs team.
A system is designed to manage a company's workforce and related processes. It contains the following modules: People, Holidays, Personal Development Plans, Projects, and Onboarding.

People module People module acts as the core module and contains all employee-related information such as employee profiles, contact details, job titles, and other relevant data.

Holidays module Holidays module allows employees to manage their leave requests, monitor their balances, and receive approvals from their managers.

Personal Development Personal Development Plans module enables employees and managers to work together to create tailored plans for career development, identify training and learning opportunities, set goals, and track progress towards their targets.

Projects module Projects module allows teams to manage projects, tasks, and timelines, monitor progress, and share updates in real-time. This module also helps to manage resource allocation and track project expenses.

Onboarding module Onboarding module enables the company to manage the entire onboarding process, from new hire paperwork to orientation and training, and ensure that the new employee is ready to start work on their first day.
All of these modules would be connected and share data, allowing for a more streamlined and efficient process. The system also is able to track and send notifications about various events like performace review or employee anniversary date.
